Throughout July and August five Rowing Courses were held at the Boathouse in Putney focusing on developing participants' technique and all round rowing ability.

Particiapants attended from every corner of the British Isles and also saw visitors from France, Switzerland, Italy, Norway, America and South Africa.

Coaching was carried out by Imperial College Boat House staff assisted by other top level rowing coaches, with fitness realated seminars given by fitness professionals who are leaders in their own fields. Inspirational Olympic talks were delivered by Olympic medalists: Alistair Heathcote; Matt Wells; Steve Trapmore; Simon Dennis and Andy Holmes.
